Interview day!

31st of July..

starts off with my bloody alarm clocks (YES clocks..a lot) that makes me have to pull out of my comfort zone and change mode to the “not-so moody-mode”

Work again…

my first morning shift after some…..10 MONTHS…hahahah

well..nothing particular happened today… just serving some 512 hungry guests..hehehehe

and..I ended up stand-by at the egg counter.all by myself! damn…where does other people go..

it’s like Me, 2 stoves, 2 pans.. versus the mob…

well..luckily yusuf comes to the rescue at 8. so, it’s now a tag team..but..he have to handle the noodles as well..so..back to the octopus hand-works..hahaha

well..anyway, it goes smoothly until 3 PM. when Adam came to relieve me.

so, I’m going back to my cozy little room

I’m waiting for the interview..

and when at I least expected..he called..

after chit-chat, and some bla-bla-bla..

I guess i got accepted as a commis 2 there..

well…dunno yet..just waiting for the HR to confirm..

Malaysia Drum Festival

I start of my day…wondering whether to take sick leave or not..hahahah..and obviously..the devil won..hohoho.. so.. I got a med. certificate because of…. guess what? Gastric Acid..hahahha

don’t want to do it..but have to do it because I have to see my family!

Today, I got to see my grandpa sister. She’s going to Malaysia alongside the Indonesian Percussion team of University Negeri Jakarta. They’ll perform in malay for several days.

Anyway..the reason I met her because my mom sends some Indonesian delicacies..hehehehe.. And..I want to send back some of my stuffs..

so, I met her on 3 pm at Berjaya Times Square. after some chit-chat..I got to see the show. Today got 4 groups that performing in Times Square. 2 from indonesia, 1 from thai, other from singapore.

Quite good I must say! Especially the UNJ team. they fusion some Irian, gamelan, a lot of traditional drums, and a string base.. An Ethnic performance with a touch of Jazz..nice..

the singaporean plays with 5 members, more like a band though.. but a nice performance also.. though..for me the Thais is a bit strange.. they only got 3 personnel and mixed it up with some sort of trance music..

they’ll gonna perform again at the main show at the Dataran Merdeka. dunno where.. but it’s going to be big..and free..

want to watch though..but.. I guess, I’ll pass..
